Class Spotlight: Happy Hour with Fran B.

Get started early, and on the right foot with Fran!  Begin your day with a cardio jolt using the Step, Bosu or mix of fun, athletic, powerful movements that will develop endurance, fine tune balance and increase your energy. Free weights and stability ball will tone upper and lower body muscles and challenge your core. Finish with focused breathing and stretching.  Mondays from 9-9:30am.
