Class Spotlight: Boxing Challenge

Prepare to be whipped into shape! This class teaches real boxing techniques, punches and footwork. Participants will use hand wraps, boxing gloves, focus mitts and heavy bags for punching drills. Other conditioning exercises may include sprints, jumping rope, medicine ball drills and lower/upper back strengthening.  Classes Wednesday mornings 6-7am with Bela S., 9:15-10:15am with Chris N., Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30pm with Brett B. and Cecilia B., and Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am with Brett B. and Cecilia B.
